The heat flow Q, necessary to heat the treated air is calculated as follows:

**Q=Gc(t _{f}-t_{i})**

where: G is the air flow expressed in kg/s

c – mass heat expressed in J / kg ^{0}C

t_{i} and t_{f} – the initial and final temperatures of the air in the^{ 0}C

c depends on the water vapor content, it is recommended to perform the calculation with:

**Q=G(i _{f}-i_{i})**

where i_{f} and i_{i} are the enthalpies of the air in the final and initial state.
